Lindsay Lohan is off the hook for her four-wheel run in, outside a Manhattan night club last month, law enforcement officials said today.
Lohan had been given a desk appearance ticket, following a Sept. 19 incident near The Dream Hotel when a pedestrian claimed the "Mean Girl" clipped him while she pulled her Porsche into a parking lot.
Lohan was originally set to appear in court tomorrow. But that date is no longer scheduled, meaning prosecutors have declined to press a case against the drama queen, law enforcement sources said.
Surveillance video showed Lohan navigating the busy sidewalk. She appeared to be driving slowly and no pedestrians had to dive out of the way.

The allegedly injured pedestrian, Jose Rodriguez, chased Lohan into the garage. Rodriguez said Lohan smelled of booze but the starlet insisted she did nothing wrong.
