A woman begged for her life in a double Bronx murder this morning — but a cold-blooded killer ignored her please and shot her at least twice, witnesses and authorities said.
An unknown gunman shot dead the woman and a male companion at 3:10 a.m. in the parking lot of the Holiday Motel on the New England Thruway, near Hollers Avenue, cops said.
The pair were pronounced dead at the scene, and have not been identified yet, cops added.
"We heard four or five shots, and we looked out the window, and there was a lady standing there," said Ricky Gugliotta, a guest at the motel.

"And he shoots her once, and he shoots her again, and she goes down on the ground. It looked like she was screaming at him, arguing. It looked like she was begging him not to shoot her, but then he shot her."
Nicki Berino, another guest, also was trying to cope with the terrifying night. "We heard a couple shots," she said. "We all ducked down. Our friends came back, and said there were dead bodies. We were freaking out."
No arrests have been made.
