Man falls to death while climbing tree in The Bronx

A man fell to death from a tree this morning in The Bronx, authorities said.

The 53-year-old was climbing a tree on Bronx Park East and Allerton Avenue in Bronxwood at 3 a.m. when he fell, cops said.

He was pronounced dead at the scene, there is no criminality suspected, police said.
