Beyonce has released a trailer for her new HBO documentary that will give fans a better look into her life.

The famously private performer is directing and executive producing her documentary that will air Feb. 16. The story charts Beyonce from childhood to her journey to becoming a megastar. It will also include moments from her private life with husband Jay-Z and their baby Blue Ivy.

"I always battle with how much I reveal about myself," the 31-year-old Grammy winner admits in the untitled film. "If I'm scared, be scared… allow it… release it."

The most striking image is when we see the mom-to-be standing in her bathroom with her bare bump exposed.

"Everybody knows Beyoncé's music, but few know Beyoncé the person," Michael Lombardo, the president of HBO Programming said in a statement. "Along with electrifying footage of Beyoncé onstage, this unique special looks beyond the glamour to reveal a vibrant, vulnerable, unforgettable woman."
