Kim K rushing Humphries divorce before giving birth: report

Kim Kardashian may find herself legally married to one man while having another's baby.

The reality star is allegedly calling estranged hubby Kris Humphries "spiteful and vindictive" for dragging out their messy divorce, sources tell TMZ.

While she has no plans to walk down the aisle with baby daddy Kanye West any time soon, the gossip site reports she is desperate to end her marriage with Humphries.

Unless Kardashian submits to Humphries' request that she admit their 72-day marriage was fraud, their divorce proceedings could potentially coincide with the arrival of KimYe's spawn.

If no settlement is reached, the case will go to trial next month but according to RadarOnline, because of Humphries' basketball schedule, the earliest date that a trial could come is June, or around the same time that the three-months pregnant Kardashian is expected to give birth.

The divorce has dragged on for nearly a year-and-a-half and TMZ reports there's no evidence that either team will back down over Kardashian's motivation to marry the NBA star. His lawyers claim she did it for her TV show, "Keeping Up with the Kardashians," while the socialite says it was for love.

Humphries' pals are now allegedly urging him to settle the case. Kardashian is said to be sure she'll win the fight and wants her ex to foot the mounting legal fees.
