Police have cleared Justin Bieber of his alleged hit and run involving a photographer last night.
According to TMZ, the LAPD spoke with the young singer a few hours after the incident and he reportedly told cops he didn't know he hit the photographer, who was not seriously injured.
Police said the photographer was at fault because he was a pedestrian in the roadway.
News broke last night that the heartthrob allegedly drove his Ferrari into a photographer before fleeing the scene after enjoying a night out with his rapper pal Lil Twist at the Laugh Factory on Sunset Boulevard.

TMZ reported that the 19-year-old waved to fotogs outside the venue to move out of the way as he attempted to drive off — at which point he appeared to have trapped one of the photographers between his vehicle and a parked car.
