Cops hunt man who rappelled down side of Brooklyn Bridge

Police are looking for at least one person who rappelled down the side of the Brooklyn Bridge today, police sources said.

Authorities believe the individual climbed down a rope that was thrown over the the side of the bridge near Front and Dock Streets in Downtown Brooklyn just after 9 a.m., sources said.

The suspect apparently lowered himself onto the roof of a nearby building, sources said. Police are now canvassing the area in search of the individual.
