Seth Meyers engaged to Alexi Ashe

Seth Meyers has popped the question to his lawyer girlfriend, Alexi Ashe.

The "Saturday Night Live" alum and future "Late Night" host met Ashe at a wedding several years back.

A source told the magazine that Meyers, 39, has "known that she's The One for awhile, but it was all about timing."

Meyers gushed to ELLE about his lady love last September: "When my girlfriend and I talk about being happy, I'll get choked up, which I think is the greatest gift you can give a girlfriend."
