The Jets expect wide receiver Santonio Holmes to miss at least a few weeks with a hamstring injury he suffered in Sunday's loss to the Titans, according to a source.
They are also expected to be without Stephen Hill, who suffered a concussion on the second play of Sunday's game. The team will sign former Bills wide receiver David Nelson Tuesday, a source said.
Nelson has 94 career receptions for 1,042 yards and eight touchdowns. He played for the Bills from 2010-12. He spent training camp with the Browns this season, but was cut before the regular season started.
The Jets face the Falcons on Monday night, and now it appears they will do so without their top two receivers.
