A series of photos posted on her Facebook page earlier this month show her at a crowded teen bash chugging from a red plastic cup, smooching a boy on the cheek and hanging with Lucas Kitzmiller – the hard-partying boyfriend her parents banned her from seeing.

She sued her parents, Sean and Elizabeth Canning, for tuition and spending money after moving out of their home last November when they tried to get her to sober up and buckle down.
After moving out, Rachel lived at the home of her best pal's father, John Inglesino, a lawyer and politician who footed the bills for her legal battle, which ended in March when she agreed to return home.

She announced the award on Facebook on March 30, saying "Decision made. WNE U class of 2018 … w/ 56,000$ scholarship."
Rachel complained in court papers that her mom called her "fat" and "porky," and that as a ¬result, she had developed an eating disorder.
Her parents claimed that she was drinking heavily with Kitzmiller and cutting classes.
