He's alive, kicking and ready for to find a home!

King — the lovable stray cat brutally abused by a gutless Brooklyn punk — was officially put up for adoption on Sunday, following a month of treatment and socialization.

"King has recovered and is now looking for a forever home," according to an ASPCA statement.

"During his stay with the ASPCA, King has proven to be an affectionate and playful cat. ASPCA shelter staff recommends that King's adopter have extensive cat-owning experience. They also recommend a single-cat household with children over age 12."

King's plight came to light after video emerged showing an incredibly cruel man punting the adorable gray-and-white kitty 20 feet near the Brevoort Houses in Bedford-Stuy.

Andre Robinson, 21, was arrested on May 5 and charged with aggravated animal cruelty.

"King's case reinforces the importance of reporting animal cruelty in a timely manner," said Howard Lawrence, senior director of operations, ASPCA Humane Law Enforcement.

"It also illustrates the positive impact of animal welfare groups working closely with law enforcement, like the partnership between the ASPCA and the NYPD that helped King and brought his attacker to justice."

Animal lovers who'd like to adopt King are asked to call (212) 876-7700 x4044.
