Cowboys owner Jerry Jones has escaped a sexual assault claim brought by a woman involved in the scandal over the release in August of racy photos of Jones and a pair of strippers, according to multiple reports.
The lawsuit was dismissed Thursday by a District Court judge in Dallas County in a judgment that prohibits the parties from discussing the case.
Jana Weckerly — who is said to have snapped the racy photos of two young strippers cavorting with the 71-year-old billionaire — claimed in the lawsuit updated in late September that Jones and the Cowboys put money in her bank account to keep silent for four years after the 2009 alleged attack.

The former exotic dancer claims the assault took place in the bathroom of a Texas hotel when the randy Cowboy owner forcibly groped her, penetrated her with his fingers, kissed her, and made her watch as he received oral sex from another woman.
She was seeking more than $1 million in damages from Jones.
"We are pleased with the Court's Judgment against Ms. Weckerly," Levi McCathern II, the attorney representing the Cowboys and Jones, said in a brief statement sent to The Dallas Morning News. "Ms. Weckerly's allegations were false. This case is over."
Thomas Bowers, Weckerly's attorney, told the newspaper Weckerly did "not contest the Judgment as entered by the Court. Neither Jerry Jones nor the Cowboys organization has paid us any money."
