Shia LaBeouf thinks ‘jail is quite scary’

Shia LaBeouf may have learned his lesson after his infamous "Cabaret" meltdown.

"Jail is quite scary," the 28-year-old "Fury" actor told Ellen DeGeneres on Thursday about his incidental stint in jail. "I was there for … ugh it felt like forever, I think for 24 hours, 25 hours … yea it's was no good."

He continued, "They went all the way with it. They put a Hannibal mask on me and a lead jacket and it was just really rough. It was very scary."

DeGeneres then asks if he's OK now, he responded with a chuckle, "I'm as good as I can be, sure."

In June, LaBeouf was filmed chasing a homeless man around Times Square before disrupting a performance of "Cabaret" by standing up, shouting obscenities, smoking cigarettes and touching the backsides of actors.

Upon being arrested, LaBeouf verbally abused and spit on a police officer.

"I'm sorry! If you're watching dude, I'm sorry, man," said LaBeouf during his interview. "That was crazy man."

The troubled star, who's also dealing with a stalker, copped to disorderly conduct as part of a plea deal in September. He also sought treatment for alcohol addiction.
