Kit Harington is the new face of Jimmy Choo

Kit Harington, a star on HBO's "Game of Thrones", is the new face of the iconic shoe brand's men's collection, reports Vogue UK.

"Kit perfectly embodies the Jimmy Choo man," said Choo's creative director, Sandra Choi. "He has a natural and alluring masculinity and an effortless sense of style. His cool attitude and smoldering sensuality belie a true British gentleman."

Harington, 27, is looking forward to his latest part, even if it won't involve much acting.

"I was very excited to be chosen as the face for such a highly regarded brand and to play a role in defining who the Jimmy Choo man is," Harington said.

Harington will help hawk the label's shoes and bags, as well as two firsts: a men's fragrance and sunglasses. The Jimmy Choo Man fragrance is set to go on sale this September.
