Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo are doing what in blood?

Maroon 5's latest video, for the song "Animals," touches on a subject Sophia Bush, Keanu Reeves and Sandra Bullock know all too well: stalkers.

The gory video, which was released on Monday, stars Adam Levine as a butcher who's obsessed with a woman played by his real-life wife, Behati Prinsloo.

As Levine's fascination grows to obsessive levels, he secretly begins photographing her private moments. He keeps the pictures hidden in his meat locker, where he constantly looks at them.

His actions are matched by the haunting lyrics of the song: "Maybe you think that you can hide/ I can smell your scent for miles/ Just like animals."

Levine's fascination reaches a fever pitch when he comes face to face with his dream lady at a club. After his advances are ignored, the "The Voice" coach begins fantasizing in a creepy way.

His fantasies run wild as the two roll around in bed and eventually end up nude and covered in animal blood.

Four weeks ago, Levine, 35, clued in fans to the video's content, posting a photo on Instagram of himself with Prinsloo, 25, both of them covered in what appeared to be blood. The caption simply read "#ANIMALS."
