Miami's Big Three is kaput, and so too, apparently, is LeBron James' relationship with Chris Bosh.
Though James has maintained friendships with Dwyane Wade and Udonis Haslem, among other former Miami teammates, Bosh revealed he hasn't spoken with James since the four-time MVP returned to the Cleveland Cavaliers.
With the Heat and Cavaliers scheduled to meet in a preseason game in Rio de Janeiro on Saturday, Bosh wasn't overly enthusiastic at the idea of seeing his former teammate of four years.
"Yeah … I don't know. I'm in the mode where I'm trying to lead my team, help these guys out around here," said Bosh, who agreed to a max deal to return to Miami hours after James announced his decision to sign with Cavaliers.
"If guys aren't in this locker room, I don't have much time for them — if any."
After four straight NBA Finals appearances, the Heat enter the season with far reduced expectations. The Cavaliers are favored to compete for an NBA championship that would end Cleveland's five-decade title drought.
The two teams do not meet in the regular season until Christmas Day.
