The Who:
Anthony Kiedis made yet another appearance this fashion week and bloggers from Bryan Boy to Man Repeller piled into the bleachers to get their perfect photos to post.
The What: As the Beach Boy's "California Girls" played, models strutted down the runway and fulfilled the plea of girls all being Californian. Scuba and surf inspired color-block dresses and tops had a neoprene look at first sight, but were actually leather, making each look sleek and clean. Suiting came in bright colors (aqua and orange), some with striped details that kept with the sporty spirit. Hawaiian prints were paired with army green pieces for a super casual "devil-may-care" attitude.
The Highlight:
The leather scuba inspired dresses that opened the show are sure to appear on many of the fashion-set next spring.
The Takeaway:
If you can't be Californian, you can at least dress like one.
